真夜中のひだまり

Baby chair stands in there
A room I cannot enter
Broken door waiting for
A little courage

Dust is deep
Where we'd sleep
No good rooms left to dream in
Furnished tombs
And silence my TV just cannot chase away

And though there is laughter outside
It never hides
The voices I am missing

Endings end
You learn to breath again
In time your fists open and you let go
You just have to let the air come in
And there inside the wind
The life you're needing for your heart
To start beating again

One more day comes and goes
Without a call or letter
I know you, waiting too
Even if you don't see the time
You are mine is both the past and future

Standing on a standoff
holding on though you've forgotten why
You keep on crying
About the love that you keep on denying

Winters end and rivers again
And every day the winds a little warmer
It keeps pushing me up the road and I know where it goes
Though I don't know how long I know that we wait for me there

Maybe we only see the things we need to see
And only when
we find that we to be out of control again
Just to become whole again
Love is at the circle's end

Through the snow
You push up to the glow
You know that there a sun
because you feel it up there melting through the ice
That hid your paradise cutting you another slice of heaven

Just let it go cause
Winters end and rivers run again
And every day the winds a little warmer
It keeps pushing me up the road and I know where it goes
Though I don't know how long I know that we wait for me there
